Six ways we make the week run better.
Most clients start with a diagnostic. From there, we only propose what the numbers support.
Operations diagnostics
A fixed two-week look at your floor, data and meetings. You get a ranked list, costed.
Flow and capacity
Queues, bottlenecks and schedules: more output from the people and machines you have.
Inventory and working capital
Less money on the shelf without running out of what sells.
Patient flow
Shorter waits and steadier wards for clinics and hospital departments.
Strategy under pressure
Scenario plans for slow and fast years, tied to operational levers.
Change that sticks
Training, routines and visual management so improvements outlast us.
What working with us looks like
On your floor, not in a boardroom
We walk the process with the people who run it, time the waits and read the data you already have.
One page, ranked by value
Every opportunity costed and ranked. You decide what to do; we tell you what we would do.
Your people lead the change
We coach, measure and clear blockers. Weekly scorecards keep everyone honest, including us.

Do you work outside Ontario?
Yes. About half of our clients are elsewhere in Canada and the northern US. We are on site for the diagnostic and key workshops.
How big are your clients?
Usually 150 to 2,000 people. Big enough to have real complexity, small enough that change is quick.
Will you replace our systems?
Rarely. Most gains come from how work moves, not from new software. If a tool is the bottleneck, we say so.
How do you charge?
Fixed fees for defined work. See Engagements for the three ways we work.
Not sure where to start?
Start with the diagnostic. It is fixed-fee and usually pays for itself.
